New DVDs for April

This months list of DVDs has several replacements for damaged ones. Titles like Cast Away, The Return of the King and Hoosiers are replacements. Also, there are several anime titles added including the Fullmetal Alchemist, Pretear and World of Narue series. And of course, the BBC shows are always popular. This month we have the Lovejoy series, along with The Beiderbecke Affair and North & South. Happy Viewing.

This list is almost the same as the last, but there are two new titles at the bottom. Just Take my Heart by Mary Higgins Clark and Loitering with Intent by Stuwart Woods I suspect might be on the list for a little while since both authors are very popular.

2009 Teens' Top Ten nominations

Teens' Top Ten is a "teen choice" list, where teens nominate and choose their favorite books of the previous year! Nominators are members of teen book groups in fifteen school and public libraries around the country. Nominations are posted in April during National Library Week, and teens across the country vote on their favorite titles each year during Teen Read Week. Readers aged twelve to eighteen can vote right here, online, anytime that week.

The Most Requested Titles - April 9, 2009

Well, the ever popular Janet Evanovich made the list for her new book Finger Lickin' Fifteen, despite that it isn't scheduled to be released until June 23. I suspect that it will be near the top of the list by that time it actually hits the shelves.
