Make Your Own READ Poster!
Sunday, April 15 to Saturday April 21, 2007
It’s National Library Week – a time to celebrate the contributions of libraries, librarians and library workers in schools, campuses and communities nation wide and the perfect time for our community to “Come Together @ Your Library”
The Library is celebrating National Library Week by inviting you to create your very own read poster. Visit the Library on Sunday, April 15, 2007 between the hours of 1:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. and have your picture taken with your favorite book. Please make sure to bring a copy of your favorite book or check with library staff to see if we have one on the shelf.
All 11”x 17” posters will be displayed throughout the Mission Viejo Library during National Read Week. For more information or to schedule and appointment, email read@cityofmissionviejo.org.

Since it's National Library Week, it's also the perfect opportunity to recognize and appreciate all the wonderful people who make our libraries such great resources. The books and services are only part of the picture; it's the people who make everthing come together and work. They make it so easy to find exactly what I'm looking for or succeed in what I'm trying to do.

Thank you, one and all, for making the Mission Viejo Library a real treasure!
